RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

• Prior authorization is required on all returns and exchanges and must be obtained within two weeks of receipt of order.


• After two weeks, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.


• All items must be delivered in their original packaging.


• Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.


• Returns made without prior authorization are subject to a $20 fee to cover shipping and handling expenses.


• Please insure all returned packages. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items in transit.


• Gift recipients who wish to make a return are given a non-refundable merchandise credit.

• We will credit your credit card for the full amount, minus initial shipping and handling costs, within two business days of receiving your return shipment.
